5. Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated.

The final amount payable will be shown during checkout, including applicable taxes, shipping charges and selected service add-ons.

Payments may be processed using available payment methods through authorized payment providers.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing, product or technical errors. If an order is affected by such an error, we will inform the customer and provide the option of accepting the corrected terms or receiving a refund of any amount paid for the cancelled order.

An order acknowledgment does not guarantee acceptance or fulfillment where payment, stock, service availability or other essential details remain unconfirmed.

6. Puja Bookings and Service Confirmation

Local Pandit offers Puja services according to the selected ritual, customer requirements and available service locations.

When booking a Puja, customers may be asked to provide:

• Preferred date and Muhurat

• Service address

• Preferred Pandit language

• Special ritual instructions

• Additional services or requirements

A requested date, time, location or language preference is subject to confirmation and availability.

A Puja booking is confirmed once Local Pandit accepts the booking and communicates the applicable service arrangements.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate venue information and reasonable access to the location.

Any particular materials, arrangements or responsibilities of the customer should be communicated before the booking is confirmed.

7. Pandit Assignment and Puja Performance

Local Pandit aims to coordinate suitable Pandits for confirmed bookings.

Rituals may vary according to regional customs, family traditions, service requirements and the type of Puja selected.

Where Puja Samagri or additional services are expressly included in a package, we will provide them according to the agreed booking details.

Any additional charges for requirements outside the confirmed package must be communicated and accepted before those additional services are provided.

Service duration may vary according to the ritual and the agreed arrangements.

8. Order Fulfillment and Shipping

Physical products are shipped according to our Shipping Policy and the delivery options available for the relevant order.

Shipping charges and estimated delivery timelines may vary based on location, product availability, customization and logistics requirements.

Physical shipping rules do not apply to Puja services performed at a customer's location.

9. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
